Bolton Crag

CRAG-VT does not provide winter plowing for the quarry driveway, and the road is typically closed during spring mud season with a rope barrier. When this access is shut, parking along Green Mountain Road is prohibited and vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. When school is not in session, parking is allowed at the Smilie School on Route 2. While school is in session, use the parking area at the end of Bolton Valley Access Road. The quarry driveway generally reopens in early April.
